• We offer a reasonable timeframe for you to make necessary changes to the artwork design.
• If you receive your item damaged please reach out too our team within 48 hours of delivery (As per tracking information)

• Please note that if the mistake is based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, we accept a return or issue a refund.
• However, rest assured, we are committed to supporting you in resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction to the best of our ability.
